We got Lane from Calais and Carolina when she was a year and a half. Shortly after, she took her first 5 point major. At that point she still had her puppy coat and it was uncertain whether she could be shown again. At 4 years old and after a litter of puppies, we decided to see what would happen in the show ring. Lane had finally come into her own and in just three weekends, with three friends taking her into the winners ring, she came home from New Mexico a new Champion. Way to go Lane and thanks to Celena Slaton and Diana Brown for lending a handling hand. |
